As well as being a specialist Insolvency Law practice that works alongside local accountancy practices and law firms, Knox Insolvency is also a commercial law firm which assists its own clients in all aspects of their business law requirements.
Knox Insolvency deals with its business clients from the moment of business inception, dealing with all aspects of company and partnership formation, shareholders and partnership agreements, employment matters and capital injection, secured and unsecured. We deal with disputes, litigation and business and/or asset sales and transfers.
We then work with our commercial clients dealing with their commercial contracts and trading terms, linking in with our Debtfair department to ensure our clients’ cash flows are healthy and their businesses well placed to succeed.
We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients and helping to anticipate their business needs and solutions.
